In Person or Video Peronal Training (1-on-1)

1-1 with the private trainer provides individual attention during the sessions and a personalized program built just for you! Whether its weight loss or strengthening, aging with strength, cardio or improved flexibility and mobility all the needs and goals of and individual can be achieved with a focus just on the client!

Buddy Training (2 people)

Buddy training gives nearly the same opportunity as the 1-1 training but at a discounted in rate per person, ~$37.50 per person. With two clients working the same hour time frame the price per client can be reduced while still enjoying the benefits that come with 1-1 training. Programs can be the same or made completely separate for each individual involved.

Personalized strength and conditioning programs with instructions can be built for people of all ages and experience.

using safe and effective science base practices programs for exercising, cardio and nutritional guidance can be built specific for the individuals goals. This program provides accurate caloric counting both calories in and calories out, along with strategies to lose weight and be healthier long term.

aging with strength and health

by implementing proven and science based exercises and techniques this program helps the aging population reduce muscle and bone loss while also promoting a healthier life style. This is accomplished by combining the appropriate amount of cardio, functional movements, and resistance training techniques to meet the demands and goals of the clients. Aging with strength and health is outcomes of working with an experienced trainer.

Meet Your Coach

I’m an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Science graduate, and former Shenandoah University lacrosse player.

My mission is to help people become physically functional, mindful, and intentional through safe, research-backed training.

Location: Private studio in Winchester, VA (airy, fully equipped) + outdoor/onsite options.
